Tata Altroz has been grabbing the headlines with its upcoming dual-clutch automatic gearbox in March. Now, the same has been spotted at a dealership in the new Opel Blue colour scheme and we share what differentiates this premium hatchback from its other versions.
For starters, the boot lid now gets the DCA inscription in chrome and other than that there's no visual change as such. It continues with the same alloy wheels design as we've seen in the other version and overall, the Altroz looks good in the Opel Blue colour scheme.
As per the latest teaser, the top-spec XZ+ variant is expected to get a larger touchscreen infotainment system while retaining the overall shape of the unit like before. We do expect a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission with the Tata Altroz.

This gearbox is paired to the 1.2-litre, three-cylinder, naturally aspirated petrol motor that generates 85 bhp of power on tap with a peak torque of 113 Nm. In its manual form, this engine delivers an ARAI certified fuel economy of 19.05 kmpl.
The bookings of the Tata Altroz automatic have already commenced at all Tata dealerships across the country at Rs 21,000. This automatic will be limited to three variants only - XT, XZ and XZ+. The dark edition versions too will get this DCA transmission.
