Tata Motors recently introduced the Altroz iCNG with some new features like an electric sunroof, wireless charger, & more. These new features were truly a nice addition to the already long feature list of the CNG-powered premium hatchback. Now Tata has updated its regular petrol & diesel Altroz with the same new features from the Altroz iCNG. Moreover, Tata has also updated the microsite & brochure of Altroz with the description of these new features. In this article, we have discussed these new features in the premium hatchback Tata Altroz.
Tata Altroz Now With Sunroof
Tata Motors has now added a voice-controlled smart electric sunroof to the regular petrol & diesel-powered Altroz. This is the same sunroof that was recently introduced with the Altroz CNG. With this, Tata Altroz is now only the second car in the premium hatchback segment to get a sunroof, the first being the Hyundai i20.
Tata Altroz Now With Wireless Charger
The second feature that Tata Motors has added in the petrol & diesel variants of Altroz is a wireless smartphone charger. In the premium hatchback segment, only the Hyundai i20 offers this feature, making Tata Altroz the second car in the segment to offer it. Moreover, the wireless phone charger in Altroz seems large enough to support bigger iPhone & android models.
Tata Altroz Now With Air Purifier
The Tata Altroz petrol & diesel variants will now also offer an in-built air purifier, just like the recently introduced Altroz iCNG. This built-in air purifier also gets an AQI display on the 7-inch infotainment system of the vehicle. The Tata Altroz is the only car in the premium hatchback segment to offer a built-in air purifier.
Tata Altroz Now With Leather Seats
The Tata Altroz now also offers leather seats. It already had the leather-wrapped steering wheel & gear lever. This feature makes the interior of the Tata Altorz even more premium. Along with the turbo variants of the Hyundai i20, Tata Altroz is only the second car in the premium hatchback segment to offer leather seats.
