Soon after launching the i-Turbo variants, Tata did confirm the launch of the automatic variant of the Altroz and after almost one year of the launch, the Indian carmaker has now finally introduced the Altroz automatic in India. For starters, the Tata Altroz automatic price starts from Rs 8.09 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Here are the top five things that you should know about the newly launched Tata Altroz automatic.
New Colour
With the launch of the new Tata Altoz automatic, the buyers now can also opt for a new Opera blue colour option that not only looks great and unique, but also gives it an exclusive and a premium stance.
Powertrain and Specs
The Tata Altroz automatic gets the same 1.2-L Revotron naturally aspirated petrol engine that churns out a peak power and torque output of 85 hp and 113 Nm respectively. This engine come mated to a 6-Speed dual clutch automatic gearbox, that is claimed to be made for the Indian market. The gearbox gets a wet-clutch system with advance cooling systems. Shift by wire technology further ensures smooth and fast gearshifts.

Features
A long list of features are on offer with the Tata Altroz including projector headlamps, push-button start, touchscreen infotainment system, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, automatic climate control, steering mounted controls, rear armrest, semi-digital instrument console, power windows, and more. In addition to this, the car also comes with dual-tone alloy wheels, chrome door handles, etc.
Variants
The Tata Altroz will be available in 7 variant options - XMA+, XTA, XZA, XZA+ XZA(O), XTA #Dark, and the XZA+ #Dark. All these colours will be available in six colour options - Opera Blue, Downtown Red, Avenue White, Arcade Grey, Harbour Blue, and Cosmo Dark.
