Tata Motors Delivers 65 Nexon EVs to Kerala's Motor Vehicle Department - Aims to Save Big Numbers!

Tata Motors has achieved big numbers with the Nexon EV given the limited infrastructure and high prices of EVs. In recent news, Tata Motors delivers 65 Nexon EVs to Kerela's motor vehicle department. The addition of the EV range will help to minimise CO2 emissions and tons of diesel and sustain the resources. Through this collaboration, the Kerala MDV will be able to mitigate approximately 650 tonnes of CO2 emissions and save on the costs of 2.2 lakh litres of diesel every year

The government of Kerala has started the Safe Kerala initiative and chosen a small fleet of 65 Nexon EVs to regulate the state's vehicle traffic. Kerala MDV will lease these 65 Nexon EVs from EESL for a period of 8 years. Tata today delivers the first lot of 45 Nexon EVs out of 65 Nexon EVs which will be followed by the next lot of delivery.
