Tata Sierra's production-ready version testing is in full swing these days, and every week we witness new photos of it. Now, it has been spied again, and this time the angle is of the left rear quarter, showcasing Sierra's iconic design language. Most importantly, it was again spied with full protective covers, but as we have taken a closer look at it in the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, it's a no-brainer how it will appear in real life. Tata Sierra

Now that we have seen the production-ready model of the Tata Sierra at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, we can freely comment on its design and even show you photos as well as a detailed walkaround video of it. However, the automaker is still doing its testing with full camouflage on it. This time, the photos that have emerged showcase its left rear quarter area, and in reality, it looks massive on the roads.

As we all know, it will be placed above the Tata Safari, but most likely will get the same trusted 2.0L Kryotec diesel powertrain, originally sourced from Fiat, which makes around 170 ps and 350 Nm of torque. Plus, it will be offered with a 6-MT or 6-AT, just like the Harrier and Safari. Also, this particular model that has been spied is believed to be an ICE one, and we say this because the top officials at Tata, during its unveil, said that the Sierra will come with multiple powertrain options - both ICE and EV. About its EV version, all details are vague, so we can't comment, but one thing is for sure: the range will be around 500 km.
Expected Features
Apart from this, there is no other concrete information about this beast, but we believe that once it becomes available to the public, it will compete with the Jeep Meridian. To add more, its interior will be equipped with a large 10.25-inch infotainment screen, a 10-inch digital MID with an advanced interface, and a panoramic sunroof. Additionally, it will feature Level 2 ADAS, an electronically controlled steering wheel, and ventilated seats.
In the second row, we think Tata will provide separate AC controls, making its interior filled with multi-zone climate control. Now, the third row will retain the iconic silhouette of the 90s Sierra, but the overall glass area will be shorter in length, as the second row glass area takes up a lot of space.
