Tata has finally launched the Altroz dual-clutch automatic at a price of Rs 8.10 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi and the same has been spotted at a dealership. The Altroz DCA is made available in seven variants - XMA+, XTA, XTA Dark, XZA, XZ(O)A, XZA+, XZA+ Dark.
This Altroz DCA sports a new Opera Blue colour that has recently been introduced with the hatchback. The other colour options in the Altroz are HighStreet Gold, Downtown Red, Avenue White, Arcade Grey, Harbour Blue and Premium Cosmo Dark.

The automatic version of the Altroz looks identical to the other variants on the outside except for the DCA badging at the boot lid. On the inside, the Altroz DCA gets a larger touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, multi-function steering wheel, automatic climate control, push-button start/stop, cruise control and more.
Safety features on the Altroz include an anti-lock braking system with electronic brake-force distribution, reverse parking sensors, a high-speed alert system, front seat belt reminder, child seat anchor points, electronic stability control and others. Tata Altroz is the only premium hatchback that has scored an astonishing 5 stars at the Global NCAP.

Tata Altroz automatic directly rivals with the Hyundai i20 7-speed DCT. Other competitors include Toyota Glanza AMT, Maruti Baleno AMT and Honda Jazz CVT as all of these cars have got an automatic with their naturally aspirated petrol motor.
