Maruti Suzuki S-Presso - Rs 5.90 - 6.10 lakh
Maruti Suzuki S-Presso comes with a 1.0-liter petrol engine that produces 56 bhp and 82.1 Nm of torque while running on CNG. There are two LXI and two VXI variations of the S-Presso CNG. The S-Presso CNG is available for between Rs. 5.90 lakh (ex-showroom) and Rs. 6.10 lakh (ex-showroom).
Tata Tiago i-CNG - Rs 6.34 - 7.89 lakh
Tata Tiago & Tigor CNG marked Tata Motors' entry into the CNG industry. Both cars demonstrated their CNG powertrain capability. A 1.2-liter petrol engine with 72 bhp of output and 95 Nm of maximum torque is standard on the Tiago CNG. A 5-speed transmission is available with this engine. The only CNG vehicle in the segment that starts in CNG mode is the Tiago CNG. It is available in 5 variants and costs between Rs 6.34 lakh and Rs 7.89 lakh (ex-showroom).
Maruti Suzuki WagonR - Rs 6.42 - Rs 6.86 lakh
The most recent generation of WagonR has a considerable amount of features.. It has a 1.0-liter, 3-cylinder K10C CNG engine. In CNG mode, the engine generates 82.1 Nm of torque and 56 bhp of power. Maruti Suzuki Celerio - 6.69 lakh
The Maruti Suzuki Celerio is one of the Indian market's most fuel-effective CNG hatchbacks. The Celerio CNG comes with a 1.0-liter K10C 3-cylinder CNG engine as standard equipment. The engine produces 56 bhp of power and 82.1 Nm of torque in CNG mode and 64 bhp of power and 89 Nm of peak torque in petrol mode. There is a 5-speed manual transmission with the engine. Fuel efficiency in this setup is 35.60 km/kg. The Celerio CNG only has one VXI model. The cost of the Maruti Suzuki Celerio CNG is Rs. 6.69 lakh (ex-showroom).
Hyundai Grand i10 Nios - Rs 7.16 - Rs 8.45 lakh
One of the most feature-rich hatchbacks is the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios. The Grand i10 Nios has replaced the Santro in India as the entry-level model for the manufacturer when the Santro was discontinued. It has a 1.2-liter petrol engine that can generate up to 95.2 Nm of peak torque when running on compressed natural gas. A 5-speed manual transmission is connected to the engine. With prices ranging from Rs 7.16 lakh to Rs 8.45 lakh (ex-showroom), it is available in three variants: Magna, Sportz, and Asta.
Tata Tigor i-CNG - Rs 7.44 - Rs 8.83 lakh
One of the most reasonably priced CNG sedans in India is the Tata Tigor. Similar to the Tiago CNG, the Tigor has an engine that generates an equivalent amount of power and torque as the Tiago. There are six different Tigor CNG models available, with prices ranging from Rs 7.44 lakh to Rs 8.83 lakh (ex-showroom).

Maruti Suzuki Swift - Rs 7.77 - Rs 8.45 lakh
The Swift CNG has a 1.2-liter engine that produces 76 bhp of power and a maximum torque of 98.5 Nm when operating on compressed natural gas. The Swift CNG is available in two VXI and ZXI versions. Starting at Rs. 7.77 lakh (ex-showroom), the Maruti Suzuki Swift CNG has a maximum price of Rs. 8.45 lakh (ex-showroom).
Hyundai Aura - Rs 7.87 - Rs 8.56 lakh
The Grand i10 Nios and the Hyundai Aura both have the same engine specifications. The Aura has a spacious cabin and a lot of features. It is available in two variations, S and SX. The S variant costs Rs. 7.87 lakh, while the SX CNG model costs Rs. 8.56 lakh (ex-showroom).
Maruti Suzuki Dzire - Rs 8.23 - Rs 8.91 lakh
The Maruti Suzuki Dzire CNG comes with a 1.2-liter engine produces a maximum torque of 98.5 Nm and 76 horsepower. An automatic transmission with five speeds is mated to this engine. The Dzire CNG's VXI and ZXI trim levels both provide a respectable selection of features. The Dzire CNG VXI variant's price is Rs. 8.23 lakh (ex-showroom), and the ZXI variant's price is Rs. 8.91 lakh (ex-showroom).
Verdict: Maruti Suzuki is the market leader in the CNG car segment, but other manufacturers are also paying attention to it. The list also includes the top 10 CNG cars under Rs 10 lakh, but there are two more vehicles that fall within this price range. If someone is searching for a CNG vehicle for less than Rs 10 lakh, the recently released Toyota Glanza CNG and Maruti Suzuki Baleno CNG are also excellent choices.
