Dealerships have started taking the bookings right from Rs 21,000 and one can make a downpayment on cash for max Rs 2 lakh only.

The prices of the upcoming SUV are expected to be between Rs 11 lakh to Rs 20 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi. Once launched, it'll rival the likes of Hyundai Creta, Skoda Kushaq, Kia Seltos, VW Taigun and MG Astor. Yes, these are not the competent rivals as all of these SUVs are front-wheel drive while the new Scorpio gets a rear-wheel drive as standard and 4WD as an option.
