The neo-classic segment has gained traction in the Indian market and the new Jawa 42 FJ has the potential to be a fierce rival in the segment. However, rivals like the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 provide better value for money and benefit from an extensive network of service centers nationwide, which the Jawa currently lacks.

In terms of style, it stands out—people often notice and appreciate its attractive design and model. While riding on the road, it easily catches attention and people even ask about it because of its look. The riding experience is also comfortable. It is designed for two people, and both can sit and travel comfortably. Overall, it offers a good balance of style, comfort, and performance.

The Jawa 42 FJ has recently been caught on test runs. This latest prototype ditches the signature dual exhaust and adopts the single exhaust. As seen in the spy shots, there's no exhaust on the left side. The motorcycles with single-cylinder engines generally don't come with a dual-exhaust setup, but the 42 FJ's dual-exhaust setup enhances the bike's retro appeal.
