The MY25 Triumph Speed 400 now has a price tag of Rs 2.40 lakh, which is around Rs 15,000 more than before. It still comes in just one variant. On the other hand, the Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 is available in three varaiants. The base variant of the Guerrilla is Rs 1,000 cheaper than the Speed 400, but its mid-level and top-end models cost Rs 9,000 and Rs 14,000 more, respectively.
So, while the Speed 400 is positioned as the more budget-friendly option compared to the Guerrilla 450 overall, the price gap isnt as noticeable at the base level. However, as you move up to the mid and top models, the difference becomes more clear.

MY25 Triumph Speed 400 Vs RE Guerrilla 450: Feature Details
The Triumph Speed 400 features a semi-digital instrument console with an analogue speedometer and a rectangular digital display. This setup shows key information like the tripmeter, clock, gear position, odometer, tachometer, fuel gauge, and hazard warning indicator. It also comes with LED lighting, switchable traction control, a ride-by-wire throttle, a USB port, an immobilizer, and adjustable brake and clutch levers. However, it lacks Bluetooth connectivity.
In contrast, the Guerrilla 450 offers a 4-inch round TFT display, LED headlamp and taillamp, phone connectivity, and Bluetooth features including call/SMS alerts, media control, full map navigation, and ride modes. It also has a C-Type USB port and ride-by-wire technology. While the Guerrilla 450 provides advanced connectivity options, it doesnt include traction control or adjustable levers, which the Triumph Speed 400 does have.
