As you can see, the aftermarket CNG cylinder weighs about 14 kgs and only about 10 kg of high pressured natural gas can be filled. The dealer claims that the economy is well achieved over 20 km/kg if you drive the SUV decently.
The brand is Javoli and has several centres in most parts of India. This CNG kit handles well with premium cars and these duo Creta are an example of just that. We all have been aware of the fact that CNG actually delivers less power than the petrol engine. Here too, about 10% of the power will be reduced but the mileage is increased exceptionally.
The dealer here also fits an advancer to make up for that lost power. This ensures when driving in the hilly terrains, the car has enough power to glide past steep surfaces. According to the dealer, no wires will be cut in order to install an aftermarket CNG kit.

Being a mid-size SUV, it has its own advantages. With 433 litres of boot carrying capacity, even with the 14 kg cylinder installed, there's still half of the boot space left. This ensures that those weekend plans with family and friends will not be hampered after all.
Coming to the price then this same CNG kit can be fitted in the Kia Seltos too and costs Rs 55,000. Yes, these include the RC changes too. The dealer provides a complete 1-year warranty on this kit and ensures that even after a year, the response will be unmatchable compared to the other CNG kits in the market. The Creta in Phantom Black shade is a fairly new model and gets a temporary registration plate. By this, you can see how much popular this special CNG kit is in the market.
