Honda Amaze Facelift - Exterior & Interior

Going by the recent facelifts from Honda, not much is likely to change with the second-generation Honda Amaze. That said, you can safely expect a handful of minor cosmetic revisions, especially to the front-end, where the refreshed model could get a sleeker pair of LED projector headlamps, an updated grille and a new bumper. In the side profile, the car will likely get a new pair of alloy wheels while the rear should see new LED lights. Honda might even launch a new paint option or two or even discontinue some of the less popular ones from the current colour palette.

Features

Honda City Alexa Support
Akin to the latest City, the refreshed Amaze should get the Alexa-enabled connected car technology

Aesthetically, not much is expected to change with the interior, except, perhaps a trim change or some new upholstery. In terms of equipment, however, one can safely hope for a major addition in the form of Alexa voice support, a feature already seen on the latest City. The infotainment unit could also get wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support while some of the stuff reserved for top-end variant could trickle down to the lower trims.

Specifications

The specifications will be left untouched. Akin to the current model, the facelifted Amaze will be sold with 1.2-litre petrol and 1.5-litre diesel options, with both the engines available with manual and CVT transmission options. The petrol motor offers a maximum power of 89bhp and a peak torque of 110Nm, while the diesel motor offers 99bhp-200Nm with a five-speed manual and 79bhp-160Nm with the CVT.

2021 Honda Amaze Facelift Price

Thanks to the feature additions and the styling upgrade, the Honda Amaze facelift would command a slight premium over the current version. At the moment, this sub-4-metre sedan is on sale in a price bracket of Rs 6.32-11.11 lakh (ex-showroom).
