Hyundai finally brought in the Alcazar at a starting price of Rs 16.30 lakh, ex-showroom and needless to say, we believe it will be the ultimate 7-seat SUV. To bring justice to our statement, we have the top 5 points that stand out in the 2021 Hyundai Alcazar! Let's have a look here -
Panoramic Sunroof Right From The Base Variant
Believe it or not, a sunroof has now become a premium feature rather than a necessity in the Indian market. And Hyundai understands it really well and even the base Prestige variant of the Alcazar is equipped with a huge panoramic sunroof. This feature holds an edge over its other rivals.

Powerful and Refined 2.0L Petrol
Hyundai Alcazar is the only 6/7-seat SUV that has the most powerful petrol unit. The 2.0-litre, BS6 compliant four-cylinder naturally-aspirated unit pumps out 157 bhp with a peak torque of 192 Nm. A 6-speed manual is observed as standard fitment while 6-speed AT comes as an option.
Longest Wheelbase and Largest Boot space
At 2760 mm, Alcazar's wheelbase is the longest when compared with rivals MG Hector Plus (2750 mm) and Tata Safari (2741 mm). Similarly, boot space has to be enough for a 6/7-seat SUV and Alcazars 180 litres cargo is the biggest in the segment. Its rival MG Hector Plus carries 60 litres while the boot space for the Safari sticks to 50 litres only.
