Honda India has revised the price list of its compact sedan, the Honda Amaze from June 2023. This comes after the brand just recently increased the prices of Honda City, where only the normal petrol variants registered a hike. The hike, however, is not very substantial in numbers to hurt your estimates.

The Honda Amaze petrol variants register a standard hike of Rs. 6,000 across variants. The 1.2-liter petrol variants after this hike retail at a starting price of Rs. 7,05,000 for the E Manual variant and tops out at Rs. 9,66,000 for the VX Automatic. All prices are ex-showroom. Meanwhile, there is no diesel option available with the Amaze.
Powertrain
Honda Amaze comes in a sole 1.2-liter petrol mill that is good for 90 PS power with a peak torque of 110 Nm. It comes mated to either a 5-speed manual or a CVT transmission. There is no option for a diesel powertrain. The claimed fuel economy for the Amaze is set at 18.60 kmpl.
VERDICT- The price hike of the Honda Amaze is still under acceptable limits.
