The refreshed Hyundai i20 has started making its way to dealerships, boasting significant changes in the powertrain department and subtle yet appealing updates in design. In a video shared by TeamAutoTrend, we catch a glimpse of these subtle enhancements that contribute to the i20's overall charm.
On the exterior, the car's front grille has undergone a sporty and aggressive transformation. Both the front and rear bumpers have been revised, with the lower bumper now exuding a sportier vibe compared to its predecessor. Notably, new LED headlamps with integrated LED daytime running lights (DRLs) have been introduced, while the fog lights have been omitted in favour of air channels in the lower bumper. Hyundai has also relocated the 3D logo, placing it on the bonnet. While the 16-inch alloy wheels are fresh, they maintain the same appealing design approach.
The side profile of the car remains quite consistent, retaining its sharp and aggressive lines. The sheet metal components maintain their familiar appearance.

Inside the vehicle, not much has changed in terms of the dashboard layout and overall design. The 10.2 infotainment screen and fully digital instrument cluster are unchanged, especially in the top-spec Asta (O) trim. Surprisingly, even with rear AC vents, Hyundai has not added a rear armrest to the i20. The facelifted i20 still boasts an electrically controlled sunroof, just like its predecessor. The key for the Hyundai i20 facelift resembles the one used for the Verna and offers a convenient remote engine start feature. Additionally, the door pads now feature soft-touch inserts that match the black and grey upholstery. The seat upholstery has a semi-leatherette finish with stylish stitching and piping.
