Last month Toyota reintroduced the Innova Crysta MPV in a single engine-gearbox option i.e. a 2.4-litre diesel engine with a 5-speed manual gearbox. This is the same engine that use to power the previous model, but it is now compliant with the BS6 phase-2 RDE emission norms. The power and torque figures remain the same at 150 PS and 343 Nm respectively. Though the price of the MPV is expected to be revealed soon, Toyota has officially started accepting bookings of the updated Innova Crysta for Rs 50,000. It will be available in four variants i.e. G, GX, VX, and ZX trims with 7 or 8-seat options. The updated Innova Crysta will not offer any automatic transmission option and it also misses out on a petrol engine option.
Though there was no official information from the brand about the variant-wise feature distribution, it is now available because of the recently leaked brochure of the updated Innova Crysta.
