2025 Honda Dio: Design
In terms of design, there's nothing new in the 2025 Honda Dio except for the new colour option. The scooter still has the same turn indicators and LED headlights positioned on the apron which makes it look sportier as before. The rest of the design elements such as cuts and creases and DRLs on the handlebar also remain the same on the new iteration.
Another noticeable thing is that there is a slight difference between the Pearl Deep Ground Gray and Mat Axis Gray Metallic available in India and South Korea. The Pearl Deep Ground Gray available in South Kora comes with a blueish tint. Similarly, the Mat Axis Gray Metallic offered in South Korea is darker and looks better than the Indian version of it.
2025 Honda Dio: Powertrain
Powering the new Dio is the same 124cc, single-cylinder air-cooled engine. The powerhouse on offer is capable of making 8.2 bhp and 10.2 Nm of torque, mated to a continuously variable transmission (CVT). It provides an average mileage of 49.5 km/l when usually ridden at 60 kph.
2025 Honda Dio: Features and Hardware
In terms of features as well, there is no new addition to the 2025. Thereby, it gets the same digital console (split), keyless ignition and smart find. Apart from this, it gets a front disc and drum brakes at the rear and 12-inch alloy wheel (front) and 10-inch wheel (rear). The overall setup is the same as the previous model.
New Honda Dio: India Bound?
As I mentioned above, the new-gen Honda Dio has nothing new except for the new colour options. However, the brand hasn't announced anything about the introduction of new colours, we hope that the new colour palette will arrive in India as well.

Verdict
The 2025 Honda Dio refresh is modest, focusing primarily on color variations rather than significant design or feature upgrades. While the subtle visual changes may appeal to specific regional tastes, the lack of new features might feel underwhelming for those hoping for more substantial enhancements. Overall, it's a decent choice for style-focused riders but doesn't introduce much innovation.
