Brixton Motorcycles Join Hands With KAW Veloce Motors
In a significant move, Brixton Motorcycles has partnered with KAW Veloce Motors Pvt. Ltd. (KVMPL) to enter the Indian market. After two years of planning, the partnership has finally come to fruition, marking Brixton's entry into the Indian market. The partnership aims to manufacture and distribute a new range of motorcycles tailored specifically for Indian consumers. This year, they plan to launch four motorcycles.
These bikes are being developed at Brixton's Austrian design centre and will be produced at the company's new manufacturing facility in Kolhapur, Maharashtra. However, there is still no confirmation on whether the Completely Knocked Down (CKD) method will be used for manufacturing or if the bikes will be fully produced in India.

Brixton Motorcycles: Expansion Plan In India
In addition to launching its new model, the company also plans to expand its network across the country. They aim to open 15 dealerships by the end of 2024, with further expansion to 50 outlets next year. Furthermore, a new research and development (R&D) centre is slated to be set up in India.
This brand is known for its vintage styling, which exudes a timeless design vibe. This can be seen in models like the JAWA Perak, Harley-Davidson X440, Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 and Vitpilen 250. Similarly, Royal Enfield models such as the Continental GT, Classic 350, and Super Meteor 650 also carry a vintage style in their design.

With the arrival of this new brand, the competition in the market is sure to heat up. Established brands like Royal Enfield, Jawa, and other will face increased competition. It remains to be seen how the market will respond and whether new champions will emerge or if the established brands will continue to dominate.
