This modified Hero Xpulse is not your stock motorcycle but rather a heavily updated rally kit which can be purchased by owners directly from the showroom level. We will share the price of each and every mod but first, let's start with the changes. This rally-spec model gets an addition of 55 mm of ground clearance from the stock one. So the rally-spec model sticks with 275 mm and the stock only get 220 mm of ground clearance.
The handlebars also see an increase of 40 mm in height which further improves the ride handling and quality. The bike gets an additional 10 mm of wheelbase and new flatter seats which make the ride a comfortable one. Both the front and rear suspension has been upgraded and the former gets a cartridge type which is now taller and stands at 250 mm. The stock Hero Xpulse gets free valve type front suspension.

The rear suspension is a 10-step adjustable unit and now sees 220 mm of wheel travel. The tyres have been replaced by Maxxis brand off-road ones and the gear lever sees 15 mm of extension. There is also a side stand and its length has been extended. The front tyres measure 80/100-21 while the rear sticks at 100/100-18.
Please note that this kit is available exclusively at Hero dealerships only. Also, one can choose from various kits available. The complete XPulse rally kit costs you Rs 38,000 and if you are looking for the front fork only then it costs you about Rs 25,000. Do note that the exhaust seen in the first image is not part of the kit.
Similarly, for Rs 850 you can change the stock handlebars to the rally-spec one. And it'll cost you Rs 5,500 for the front tyre and Rs 6,000 for the rear off-roading tyres. Below is a table of all the prices and kit accessories you can choose.
Hero also recommends that the aftermarket Maxxis tyres are strictly for off-roading purposes only. The usage of these tyres in paved roads may result in an impromptu behaviour in the ABS which can include increased stopping distance under ABS modulation.
