The Honda Amaze is among the most popular compact sedans on the Indian market. The car has sold 5.3 lakh units and is celebrating its tenth year in the Indian market. The brand claims that Amaze today makes up one of every two Honda vehicles sold in the country, making up 53% of HCIL's sales in India. Since the model's initial launch in 2013, every Honda Amaze sold in India is also compatible with E20 materials. In Honda's Tapukara plant in Rajasthan, the Honda Amaze is made solely in India to serve both domestic and export markets. South Africa and SAARC nations both import the Honda Amaze, which is made in India.

Honda Amaze
Launched in April 2013, the first-generation Honda Amaze sold 2.6 lakh units by the end of March 2018. The brand then launched the second generation in May 2018 which was built on an all-new platform. The second generation has sold 2.7 lakh units, making it one of the most well-known brands in the nation.
The vehicle has had small changes from the brand over time, and several features have been introduced to make it a competitive product. The Amaze has a muscular front profile and bold body lines, as well as a roomy, luxurious interior. The vehicle also has a 4-star Global NCAP safety certification. Premium leatherette seats, automatic climate control, a multi-functional steering wheel, pedal shifters, push-button start/stop, and touchscreen infotainment with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are just a few of the features it comes with.
The only engine available for the Amaze of the current generation is a 1.2-liter naturally aspirated petrol unit that generates 110 Nm of maximum torque and 89 bhp of power. With a 5-speed manual and CVT transmission, this engine can achieve fuel economy of 18.6 km/l and18.3 km/l, respectively. According to the manufacturer, all Honda vehicles have been E20 material compatible since their introduction, and customers can use the new E20 fuel grade in their existing Honda Amaze vehicles without having to change any vehicle components.
