Honda CB350 ADV Bike: What Will It Look Like?
The latest design sketch leak for this upcoming project showcases what it'll look like. It'll be based on the CB 350 itself, but the design will be true ADV. In fact, the front design has been patented by Honda already. The raised handlebar, long travel suspension, high front beak, spoke rims, and long windscreen are all part of its design. Moreover, it'll get a sculpted fuel tank, split seats, and a luggage carrier at the tail.
Honda will try to keep the design elements simple and attractive. A round headlight and a small taillight make it look like a proper middle-weight ADV. We also expect that Honda will equip it with basic amenities like LED lights and a digital instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity.
Honda shall use the same engine as the CB 350 to power it. However, its ECU will be re-tuned, as will the gear ratios. This will be made in India and we expect its launch by 2025. Upon its launch, it'll rival the new Himalayan, Triumph Scrambler 400X, and Yezdi Adventure. Pricing can be expected somewhere around Rs 2.5 lakh.
Verdict
If Honda introduces this new ADV in India, it'll be a game changer for the company. ADV market is booming and Honda's presence in it will definitely shake the segment rivals. The CB 350 is already a well positioned and tested product. Hence, the ADV will take the game one step further for Honda.
