Two images of the bike are circulating on various social media groups. The bike sports a CB350 number plate up front though the side panel seems to have the Highness branding!
This will be the first made for India Honda motorcycle in a long time and also the most affordable Big Wing offering as the CB300R is no more on sale post the BS6 norms came into play. Back to the Honda Highness cruiser, there aren't any formal details out yet but its fair to believe that the bike will rub shoulders with the upcoming Royal Enfield Meteor 350 as well as other offerings like the Benelli Imperiale 400. However, most speculations online suggest that the Honda offering will be at a premium in terms of positioning and pricing. You can also hear the exhaust note of the bike in the teaser video below.
The bike will be a lot similar to the famous Rebel 300 cruiser that is sold internationally. However, as we said earlier, the Honda Highness cruiser will be have Indian specific elements. This segment, of 300-400cc retro and cruiser motorcycles has been growing at a rapid pace and a proper Japanese offering was surely missing. Honda understands this gap and the bike should be a hit with enthusiasts as well. To push sales further, Honda is also expanding the Big Wing network into smaller towns and upcoming metro cities.
