The Hyundai Creta is not only one of the best selling SUVs in the market, but also offers an extremely attractive design and a feature-rich cabin. The Creta is available at a VFM price and gives strong competition not only to its direct rivals but also to other cars in the same price segment. While the brand introduced the new Creta in 2020 in India, the brand is now preparing to launch the facelift model of the car. The Hyundai Creta facelift will make it debut in the GIIAS motor show and will be launched in the Indonesian markets first. Hyundai Creta Facelift Exterior Design And Dimensions
As the name suggests, the Creta facelift will only offer some minor changes to the design language and will continue to feature the same underpinnings and most of the mechanicals. For starters, the car now gets a new front grille with integrated daytime running lamps (LED DRLs). The car also gets new headlights that have been positioned below and the bumper too has been revised to incorporate these changes. You will notice that the side profile remains similar while the rear too gets a similar layout except for a couple of changes such as the addition of new taillights. In all, the Creta facelift definitely looks fresh and more modern.

Hyundai Creta Facelift Interiors
The cabin of this upcoming version of the Korean SUV is expected to retain a similar layout but we may see a few changes here and there. The car is also expected to get some additional features. Havings aid this, the Hyundai Creta will continue to offer a large sunroof, electrically adjustable driver's seat, a cooled glovebox, rear AC vents, central armrest, etc. In addition to this, the fit and finish levels too will be great and the Creta will continue to offer a similar in-cabin experience.

Hyundai Creta Facelift Specs And Gearbox
In India, the Creta is available with three engine options - 1.5-L diesel, 1.5-L petrol, and 1.4-L turbo petrol. The facelift model of the Creta too is expected to retain these. In the Indonesian market, the car is available only with a 1.5-L petrol engine. However, we may see improved power figures and a better state of power tune. Having said this, the Creta facelift will continue to feature refined and reliable powertrain units.

Hyundai Creta Facelift Features
The features list on offer with the Creta facelift will be similar but the Creta is expected to get Advance Driver Assist Systems (ADAS) for the first time. The brand may also introduce these features for the first time in India. Having said this, the Creta will be available with features like automatic climate control, push-button start, air purified, wireless charging pad, front-seat ventilation, and more. The car will also offer a touchscreen infotainment system with features like Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, and Bluetooth connectivity.

Hyundai Creta Facelift Price And Launch
While it will be too early to comment on the expected price of the upcoming Creta facelift, we may see a rise in the price by INR 50,000-1 lakh for the base variant. The car will however not be introduced before late 2022 in India.
