A few days ago, Hyundai brought in the cheaper variant of the Creta, SX Executive. This is a slightly stripped-down version of the SX that costs Rs 78,000 less than it. So how does this SX Executive version of Hyundai Creta looks? Well, we finally have it in video and we will explain every bit of it.

From the video, the SX Executive just looks similar to the SX and gets the chrome slat grille, tri-beam headlights, LED DRLs at the top and halogen fog lights. Move towards the side profile then you see the 17-inch alloy wheels that come in the SX variant too. Here, the chrome door handles are replaced by the body-coloured ones. Similarly, the rear styling of the SUV is packed the same as the higher version. And you do get a rear camera.

You do get a huge panoramic sunroof but then if everything's the same, what's different? Well, once you step inside then you get the biggest change as the larger 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment unit is not available with this variant. Even the BlueLink technology will not be on the offer.
Even though this company fitted touchscreen doesn't come with the SX Executive, you can always go for the system that is providing from the dealer end. Yes, the 8.0-inch touchscreen is offered at Rs 45,000 from the OEM itself and in this case, the warranty of your SUV won't get voided. As of now, there is no information as to when will be the larger 10.25 unit offered.

Hyundai Creta SX Executive is offered in two engine options and one transmission only. You get a 1.5L petrol and a 1.5L diesel unit. The four-cylinder, BS6 compliant, naturally aspirated petrol unit generates 113 bhp with 144 Nm of peak torque. On the other hand, the oil burner churns out 113 bhp with 250 Nm of peak torque. A 6-speed stick shift is on offer. The SX Executive does not get an automatic transmission.
