Verdict: The Hyundai i20 price hike is a clear indication that other models in the brand's portfolio will also see an increment in the near future. Discontinuation of the iMT gearbox from the turbo petrol line-up has cut down the options available for customers along with making it more expensive as the starting price of turbo DCT is considerably higher than the iMT turbo.
