It is also in the news that Creta is also about to get an updated version. Usually, the facelift/update for a car in the auto industry arrives after 4 years of launch but Hyundai is super fast and is in preparation of introducing facelift versions of Creta and Venue.

Hyundai Venue facelift side profile

Taking a closer look at the existing Venue, it looks like a mini version of Creta. Hyundai has managed to sell around 1.5 lakh units of its Venue in India. Hyundai with these two running models was able to create a new high number of SUV sales in the Indian auto industry.

The automotive industry is definitely getting competitive with the launch of either new models or previous updated models. The new generation Creta was launched much after the launch of the existing Venue, but still, the former is all set to make its global debut next month at the 2021 GIIAS in Indonesia. On the other hand, the refreshed Venue is expected to make its debut by mid-2022.

Like always, the first spy shots of Hyundai cars are likely to be spotted from South Korea, their hometown. The facelift version of the Venue has been spotted in a space that looks like a parking place.

At the front, the Venue facelift is expected to feature a new grille design. This will give the car a new face that would be inclined towards Hyundais new design language that is already seen on the new Tucson, and such changes will also be seen on the facelifted Creta.

The updated Hyundai Venue will even offer LED projector headlights along with LED DRLs, new alloy wheel design that is expected to be of the same size as on the existing Venue. Hyundai will keep the overall dimensions of the facelifted Venue unchanged.

Hyundai will tweak the front and rear bumper designs. The new Venues tail lights will be different. Not just the shape, but the facelift Hyundai Venue will get a different LED pattern on the tail light than before. The cabin inside is expected to offer revised interiors with new fabric, updated touchscreen and instrument cluster.

The 1.5-litre is an inline 4 diesel engine that offers 100 hp of power and 240 Nm of peak torque mated to a 6-speed manual.

Top-End of the Venue gets a 1.0-litre turbocharged in-line 3 petrol motor that is capable of churning out 120 hp of maximum power and 172 Nm of peak torque. The machine will be available with a manual gearbox, iMT as well as DCT automatic option.
