Hyundai Venue is one of the most popular compact SUVs in the Indian market. It is available in multiple engine options and offers good features to attract the masses. The new and facelifted model was launched this year only and now its prices are up by a margin. In this article, we share the latest prices of Hyundai Venue.
Hyundai has only increased the prices of the diesel Venue so far. All variants are now up by Rs 5,000 except for the base, S Plus in diesel. Here is a look at the variant-wise pricing of the Venue diesel -

Under the hood, this 1.5-litre, four-cylinder diesel engine produces 99 bhp of power with a peak torque of 240 Nm. It is a detuned version which is used in the Creta. This diesel motor in Venue gets mated to a 6-speed manual transmission as standard and there is no automatic on offer.

Hyundai also sells the Venue with two petrol engines - 1.2L non-turbo petrol and 1.0L turbocharged petrol. The latter is a three-cylinder unit that churns out 118 bhp of power with 172 Nm of peak torque. This motor gets mated to a 6-speed iMT as standard and a 7-speed DCT as an option. The prices for the Venue turbo petrol variants range from Rs 9.99 lakh to Rs 12.72 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi.
The 1.2L, four-cylinder, naturally aspirated petrol makes 82 bhp of power with a peak torque of 114 Nm. This is the same motor as used in Grand i10 Nios, i20 1.2L petrol and other models. This one is mated to a five-speed stick shift as standard. There is no automatic transmission for this motor. The prices for the Venue 1.2L petrol trims range from Rs 7.53 lakh to Rs 10.85 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi.

Verdict
As of now, Hyundai has only increased the prices of Venue diesel. The company might increase the prices of petrol trims in January 2023. Also, they could introduce a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission with the diesel motor next year. This one will produce 113 bhp of power with a peak torque of 250 Nm.
