Features Added
Not only this, it gets a few feature updates as well. The idle start-stop has made its way onto the new Venue. Plus, it now gets 4 airbags as standard, 2 more than before on the N6 variant. The top N8 trim offers a 6-airbag setup. These are the only changes in the new Venue N-Line.
It features an all-black dashboard, leatherette upholstery with contrasting red stitching and "N-Line" badging, ambient lighting, connected car tech, a reclining rear seat, automatic climate control,leather-wrapped steering wheel with paddle shifters, an 8.0-inch infotainment panel to name a few.
The Hyundai Venue-N Line is backed by an updated 1.0-liter, inline-triple, turbocharged petrol engine mated to a 7-speed DCT gearbox. It generates a maximum power of 118hp and a peak torque of 172Nm.
VERDICT- With the new RDE Norms coming up, many engines have been discontinued by the industry. The majority of them are the punchier and sporty ones. The N-Line getting a compliant powertrain will at least give some relief to the petrolheads. With the deadline inching closer, brace for more such changes and even some full stops.
