The Jeep Compass is the most affordable Jeep vehicle in the country. The Compass can be had with a number of powertrain options and an offroad, Trailhawk version. With this being said, the brand is offering hefty discounts on all the variants which have resulted in a significant reduction in the Jeep Compass price.
As per the reports, the brand is offering a discount of upto Rs 1.80 lakh on select variants of the Compass. To keep things in perspective, the Sports Plus petrol variant gets a discount of Rs 36,700 while the Longitude Plus AT petrol variant gets a discount of Rs 1.68 lakh on the ex-showroom price. However, it is worth noting the fact that these prices are valid all over India except Kerala. With the petrol variants sorted, let's take a look at the overall discounts schemes on diesel-powered models. To start with, the Sport Plus gets a maximum discount of Rs 59,100. The brand is offering the highest discount of Rs 1.80 lakh on Longitude Plus diesel model while the Limited Plus diesel model gets a maximum discount of Rs 69,200.
Furthermore, the Jeep Compass Limited Plus 4X4 variant gets a discount of Rs 79,200. The Longitude AT, Longitude Plus AT, and the Limited Plus AT are offered with a maximum discount of Rs 1.3 lakh, Rs 86,600 and 83,600 respectively. The Trailhawk (O) variants also get a maximum discount of Rs 98,400. The discounted Jeep Compass price list has made the car a lot more affordable which makes it a worthy contender against its rivals.

The Jeep Compass gets two engine options on offer. The first engine on offer is a 1.4-L petrol engine that delivers 161 bhp and 250 Nm of peak torque output. This engine comes mated to either a 6-speed MT or a 7-speed DCT gearbox. The second engine on offer with the Compass is a 2.0-L diesel engine. This engine delivers a peak power output of 171 bhp while the peak torque output figures stand at 350 Nm. A manual 6-speed gearbox and a 9-speed automatic gearbox. The buyers can also opt for an all-wheel-drive variant with a diesel engine.
