KIA India has announced a partnership with Orix Auto Infrastructure Services to offer KIA cars on lease. The brand has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Orix to launch its 'KIA Lease' program. The brand will now offer different ownership programs to the customers under the KIA Lease program. Read details of the KIA Lease below. KIA Lease Program
The new lease program will offer the Sonet, Seltos, and Carens to the customers on lease with different 24 to 60-month time period and mileage options. The customers will not have to worry about maintenance, insurance, and resale of the vehicle. Also, customers don't have to pay any downpayment for the vehicles. Moreover, at the end of the lease period the customer will have the option to return or upgrade to a new car.
The first phase of the KIA Lease program has been launched in Delhi-NCR, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bengaluru. The per month pricing of the KIA Lease program is as follows.

Mr. Mr. Myung-sik Sohn, Chief Sales Officer, Kia India said, "The Leasing model is a global mega trend, gaining momentum in India too. This model resonates particularly well with new-age consumers seeking flexible mobility solutions at appealing price points. With an industry forecast projecting 100% growth over the next 4-5 years, we anticipate our leasing service will outpace the industry growth average on account of better product range and service offerings.

Verdict
Most of the major OEMs in the Indian market are now entering in the leasing segment. Some corporates are now opting leasing programs for their employees and even individuals are now considering vehicle leasing as a feasible option for owning a car. KIA India is known for offering feature rich cars and with leasing the brand will be able to attract more customers.
