Mahindra has been testing its upcoming electric vehicles- BE.05, XUV.e9, and XUV.e8 on Indian roads for some time now. These all-electric vehicles have been again spotted in Mumbai and the BE.05 test mule was seemingly a near-production model. The BE.05 is an electric crossover that will be positioned against the Citroen Basalt and the Tata Curvv.

Mahindra BE.05: Design and Aesthetics
When we look at the recent spy shots of Mahindra BE.05, it becomes clear that the SUV will come with a muscular appeal. The electric crossover gets a bumped-out bonnet and squared-off wheel arches. With an aggressive front design, the SUV gets some EV-specific elements which include large air inlets. Some other design elements include a blanked-off grille, and sleeker LED DRLs, connected to a light bar.
The side profile of the BE.05 looks amazing with a sloping roofline that integrates into the boot lip. The SUV also gets some eye-catching design elements such as the raked rear windscreen, split rear spoiler, and C-shaped connected LED tail lamps with sequential turn indicators.
Mahindra BE.05 Interiors and Features
In the recent spy shots, we couldn't get a clear idea of the EV crossover's interiors. However, the previous spy shots revealed that the BE.05 will get a unique dashboard layout that will be completely different from the segment's standard.
As far as the features are concerned, the Mahindra BE.05 will get dual displays, one as an infotainment system and one as an instrument console, a twin-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated logo floating center console with under storage.

Verdict
Mahindra's BE.05 will be a bold contender in the electric crossover segment, with a muscular exterior and attractive design elements. While interior details remain somewhat elusive, its unique dashboard layout and promising feature set hint at a compelling offering for eco-conscious drivers seeking both style and tech.
