XUV300 And XUV400 EV - Pending Reservations
Among the numbers mentioned earlier, the Mahindra XUV400 EV and XUV300 series are in high demand, with 11,000 pending orders. The company shares that they're now getting about 6,000 new bookings for both models combined every month. Back in May, these models had open orders for 29,000 units.

Mahindra XUV300 And XUV400 - Powertrain
Discussing the power performance of the XUV300 and XUV400, let's delve under the hoods. The Mahindra XUV300 provides a choice between two powertrain options: a 1.2-litre three-cylinder petrol engine and a 1.5-litre four-cylinder diesel engine. The petrol engine generates 109bhp and 200Nm of torque, while the diesel engine offers 115bhp and a stronger 300Nm of torque. You can pick between a six-speed manual transmission and an AMT unit for your driving preference.
Shifting our attention to the Mahindra XUV400, it offers two battery pack choices. In the EC variant, there's a 34.5kWh battery, while the EL variant boasts a larger 39.4kWh battery. Both of these batteries deliver a consistent output of 150bhp and an impressive 310Nm of torque.
In the ring of competition, XUV400 takes on Tata Nexon EV Max and MG ZS EV, while XUV300 challenges Maruti Suzuki Brezza and Hyundai Venue.
