Maruti Suzuki eVX Finalised Lights

Maruti Suzuki has been testing the upcoming electric SUV for some time now. The automaker has started focusing on its SUV portfolio despite being a major player in the small hatchback market. The upcoming Maruti eVX is also a part of the brand's strategy to expand its SUV portfolio in India.

The eVX has been spotted numerous times while testing in India and abroad. The previous test mules reveal some major design details of the electric SUV. But the recent spy shots showcase the prod-spec lighting units of the SUV. The SUV has been seen with LED headlights housed in a projector and an LED DRL signature. The LED DRLs seen in the spy shot enhance the front fascia of the eVX.

Apart from the headlights, the electric SUV also had the prod-spec tail lights. The tail lights are the same LED tail lights with a connected light bar that we have already seen in the concept showcased by the automaker previously. It is noteworthy that this time the SUV wasn't equipped with the prod-spec alloy wheels that were seen in the previous spy shots.

Except for the lighting units we have seen nothing new in the recently spotted test mule. The Maruti eVX will be available in both FWD and AWD options in India. It will source its power from a 60 kWh battery pack which will provide a driving range of up to 500 km on a solitary charge. Inside the cabin, it will get quite upmarket interiors with a big infotainment screen and digital instrument cluster. Apart from this, the upcoming E-SUV will get features such as a 360-degree camera and a floating centre console.
