Toyota recently launched its second product under the global agreement between Suzuki and Toyota to share models. With the Glanza being the first badge-engineered model to go on sale in India, the brand now launched the Urban Cruiser, a car which is based on the Maruti's Brezza. 1. Exterior Looks and Dimensions
We all know that the Toyota Urban Cruiser is just a Brezza underneath but to differentiate it from the latter, Toyota had introduced some changes in the overall design if the car. For starters, the car gets a bigger grille which looks similar to that found on the Fortuner. The bumper design has also been updated in addition to the introduction of new alloy wheel designs. All these changes give the Urban cruiser, a slightly different front fascia.

2. Warranty
Currently, Maruti Suzuki offers a 2-year/40,000 Km standard warranty for the Vitara Brezza. Toyota, on the other hand, offers a standard warranty of 3-year/1,00,000 Km warranty on the Urban Cruiser. The brand is also offering extended warranty upto 5 years or 2.2 lakh kilometres on the Urban Cruiser.

3. Variants
Just like the Brezza, the Urban Cruiser too gets three variants - Mid Grade, High Grade, and Premium Grade. It is also worth noting that in addition to this, the Urban Cruiser is also available in dual tone option and can be had with manual as well as automatic gearbox.

4. Interiors
The Vitara Brezza gets a grey-black finish in the cabin which is easier to maintain in the longer run. The Urban Cruiser too gets a similar colour scheme and boasts high quality interiors. Apart from that, the Urban Cruiser retains the basic dashboard layout and all other features and components inside the cabin.
5. Pricing
The Urban Cruiser is priced ifrom Rs 8.40 lakh for the base, MID MT variant while the range topping Premium AT is priced at Rs 11.30 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). It is worth noting the fact that the Urban Cruiser is powered by the same 1.5-L petrol engine that churns out 105 hp and 138 Nm of peak torque while the gearbox combinations too remain similar to those found on the Brezza. The Brezza on the other hand is priced from Rs 7.34 lakh while the range topping model is priced at Rs 11.40 lakhh (ex-showroom, Delhi)
