Nissan India launched the new Nissan Magnite not a long while ago and the car is proving to be a turning point for the brand here in the Indian market. The car has received a great response from the buyers as it is not just a good looking and a feature-rich vehicle but is also being offered at an extremely aggressive price which makes it a VFM product for what it offers. Having said that, as per the reports, the Nissan Magnite booking numbers have crossed 10,000 mark and the car currently is said to have a waiting period of over 3 months. For starters, the Nissan Magnite is priced at Rs 4.99 lakh (ex-showroom) for the base variant and can be had in four trim options which include - XE, XL, XV, and XV Premium. The buyers can choose from two engine options and two gearbox combinations with the new Magnite. Having said that, the top variant, XV Premium AT, is priced at Rs 9.59 lakh (ex-showroom) which makes it significantly more affordable than its competitors.

The Japanese carmaker reported that the new Magnite received over 5000 bookings in the first five days while the Nissan Magnite booking numbers crossed 10000 in fifteen days after the launch. As of now, the vehicle has a waiting period of over 3 months for select variants which include the base XE model as well. The car is also said to have received close to 50,000 enquires from the customers. It is also worth noting that the brand has received about 60 per cent of the total bookings for the top-two trims of the Magnite while 40 per cent of the total bookings made were made through the brand's official website.
The brand launched the vehicle at introductory prices and stated that the introductory prices would be valid till 31st December 2020 after which the prices of the Magnite are believed to be increased by a significant margin. The Magnite is also being offered with many segment-first features like 360-degree parking camera, wireless Apple Carplay and Android Auto, etc.
