Nissan India recently achieved 1 lakh bookings and 50,000 deliveries mark of their popular compact SUV, Magnite and in order to celebrate this in a grand style, the Japanese carmaker will be launching the Red Edition of the same soon. The bookings for the same are now open across all dealerships in India.
This Red Edition of the Nissan Magnite only gets cosmetic changes. The changes in this edition include red accents on the grille, front body cladding, wheel arch and side body cladding. Other changes include a tail door garnish, body graphics, LED scuff plate, ambient lighting, wireless charger and Red edition badging.

The Magnite Red edition promises to create unique driving experiences for the young and discerning audience. We are confident that the Nissan Magnite Reds bold design, power-packed performance, comfort, advanced technologies, and connectivity features will captivate the customers and create memorable journeys.
This upcoming red edition of the Nissan Magnite will be offered in three trims - XV MT, XV MT Turbo and XV CVT Turbo. Other features in this red edition include a touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a seven-inch TFT instrument cluster, an automatic climate control, push-button start/stop, rake adjustment for the steering wheel, electrically adjustable and retractable ORVMs and more.
Safety equipment includes dual airbags, ABS with EBD, ISOFIX child seat mounts, a high-speed alert system, front seat-belt reminder, electronic stability control, hill hold control, traction control system, reverse camera and more.
Powering the Nissan Magnite red edition will be two engine options - 1.0L non-turbo petrol and 1.0L turbo petrol. The former produces 71 bhp of power with a peak torque of 96 Nm while the turbo petrol motor belts out 99 bhp and 160 Nm of peak torque. Both the engines are mated to a five-speed manual transmission as standard and the turbo petrol gets CVT as an option. The peak torque in the 1.0L turbo CVT sticks to 152 Nm.
