In June, Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) will unveil the 2022 Venue, and just before that the brand has stopped taking online bookings for the current-gen Venue ahead of the new model's arrival. The Venue has been removed from the Hyundai Click To Buy section of the website. Several spy images of the 2022 Hyundai Venue have leaked on the internet, and some 3D renderings have also just surfaced, providing a clear picture of the forthcoming vehicle.

According to the leaked photographs, the new Hyundai Venue is heavily influenced by the Hyundai Creta SUV, which will be released in 2022. The front now features a new wide piano-black grille and the 'Sensuous Sportiness' design concept.
In terms of features, we anticipate it to include the most up-to-date technology. Bose speakers, heated seats, a large infotainment system, front parking sensors, and even a 360-degree park assist feature will be included. Hyundai is also expected to offer leather upholstery as an option on the new car. There are also reports that the Hyundai Venue will be available in an N-Line version. The N-Line version of the Hyundai i20 is currently available.

Mechanically the current-gen comes with three engine options. The one is a 1.2-litre petrol engine that produces 81.8 bhp of power and 113.8 Nm of torque. A five-speed manual transmission comes standard with this engine. Another is a 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine, that delivers 118 bhp of power and 172Nm of torque. This engine is available with a six-speed manual transmission, an iMT transmission, or a 7-speed DCT transmission. On the other hand, a 1.5-litre engine produces 99 bhp of power and 240 Nm of torque at 1,500rpm in the diesel variant. A six-speed manual transmission comes standard with the diesel engine.
The engine specifications for the 2022 Venue are expected to remain the same.
