All variants of the refreshed Kia Seltos and Sonet model will feature side airbags as standard, two new exterior color options, and a whole bunch of other stuff.
Kia India has refreshed both the sub-compact Sonet SUV and mid-size SUV Seltos for 2022. The lower variants of both the SUVs now get more features than ever. The updates are catered to increase the safety of both vehicles. On the mechanical side of things, all automatic variants of the Seltos now get multi-drive and traction modes, along with paddle shifters. The Seltos diesel also becomes the first SUV to feature the Intelligent Manual Transmission.
As for as exterior updates are concerned, both the SUVs get two new colors: Imperial Blue and Sparkling Silver. But the Seltos gets an additional dual-tone theme Gravity Grey and Aurora Black Pearl, and further design changes to its logo on the scuff plate and tailgate. Its X Line variants will also be offered with the X Line logo on the Indigo Pera Seats. Meanwhile, the logo color changes on 16 wheel covers on the HTE, and HTK variants.

The Seltos also gets multiple other safety features like electronic stability control (ESC), vehicle stability management, brake assist, hill assist control, a Highline tire pressure system, and all-wheel disc brakes. Prices for the Seltos start from Rs. 10.19 (ex-showroom price, Delhi) with the HTE variant with the Smartstream petrol engine. The top-spec X Line model that comes with the 1.5-liter diesel engine, is priced at Rs. 18.45 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

As far as the Seltos is concerned, it gets 9 enhancements. Aside from the standard side airbags, and Highline Tyre Pressure Monitoring System,, the company also provides ESC, Hill Assist Control (HAC), VSM, Abd Brake Assist, standard on all IMT models.

The interior of the refreshed Sonet will also get an advanced 10.67 cm color instrument cluster for the HTX variant itself. The semi-leatherette seats are now offered with the GTE variants themselves. Just like the Seltos, the Sonet will also feature an updated logo on the steering wheel and tailgate.
Prices for the Sonet starts from Rs. 7.15 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi) with the base HTE model. The top-spec GTX+ model starts from Rs. 13.69 lakh with 1.5 diesel CRDi VGT engine.
