So, as you can see in the above tables, the price of the new Renault Kiger has been hiked by up to 39,000 rupees. The price of the new Renault Kiger now ranges between Rs 5.64 lakhs - Rs 9.88 lakhs, Ex-showroom Delhi. Also, all the variants of the Renault Kiger are available in dual-tone colour shades and the dual-tone variants of the Kiger demand Rs 20,000 premium over the manual variants. The Kiger rivals the Nissan Magnite, Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Ford EcoSport, etc.

Now, if we talk about the engine specs of the Renault Kiger, so it gets two petrol engine options. The first one is powered by a BS6 compliant 1.0-litre naturally-aspirated petrol engine. This petrol motor churns out 72 PS of maximum power and 96 Nm of peak torque. It also gets an all-new BS6 compliant 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine. This turbo petrol motor churns out 100 PS of power and 160 Nm of peak torque. Both the engines come mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox and while the naturally-aspirated petrol motor gets an optional AMT, the turbo petrol offers you a CVT.
