Renault India has joined hands with CSC (Common Service Stores) Grameen e-stores to open 300 booking centres across the country. Through this collaboration, the carmaker aims to boost the ease of accessibility of its products and services, especially in the remote areas of the country.
Customers can book their automobiles at the Renault Booking Centres by scanning a QR code with minimum documentation and formalities. Customers will be able to book their automobiles as well as acquire relevant information through the Renault Booking Centre. The centres will also give pertinent information about the models, features, pricing range, and financing options. Renault will hire highly trained employees to assist consumers with their inquiries and to enable sales to end customers in remote areas.

These booking centres are equipped with highly skilled Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) to allow seamless rural e-commerce by catering to all financial and product-related concerns and enabling sales to end consumers in rural regions under one roof.
Renault India now sells three models in India: the Kiger, Triber, and Kwid, and it wants to expand its presence in rural areas, including the most distant parts of the nation. This can be enhanced by partnering with CSC's national network and digital services.
Last year, Renault teamed up with CSC Grameen eStore to expand its reach in rural India and get closer to customers in remote locations. On the CSC Grameen eStore, Renault India's top product range and services are advertised and made available to potential customers in rural regions. Renault recently partnered with CSC e-Governance Services to help the government of India's flagship initiative, Pradhan Mantri Gramin Digital Saksharta Abhiyaan (PMGDISHA), which seeks to provide digital literacy to six crore rural residents.
