Renault Triber is a very popular seven-seater MPV in India. The Triber was first launched in the Indian market in August 2019 and in early 2020, it got the BS6 update along with the new AMT powertrain. Now, just a few weeks ago, Renault launched the updated new 2021 Renault Triber in the country. So, as you have seen in the above table, the price of all the variants of the updated new 2021 Renault Triber BS6 has gone up by Rs 13,000, save for the base variant. The price of the RXE variant has been hiked by Rs 20,000 and now, the price of the Renault Triber ranges between Rs 5.50 lakhs - Rs 7.95 lakhs. All the prices stick to Ex-showroom Delhi. Now, if we talk about the updates in the MY2021 model, so it gets a new dual-horn set-up, LED turn indicators, a height-adjustable driver seat, steering mounted controls, etc.

The new 2021 Renault Triber also received a new colour variant and the top-spec trims are now available with dual-tone colour shades too with a glossy black roof. Now, the Triber MPV is available in five colour options. They are Ice Cool White, Cedar Brown (new), Metal Mustard, Moonlight Silver and Electric Blue. All these updates made the Triber a very good package, however, it doesn't get any mechanical changes. The new Triber is still powered by a BS6 compliant 1.0-litre naturally-aspirated petrol engine.

This petrol motor churns out 72 PS of maximum power and 96 Nm of peak torque. The engine comes mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox and an Easy-R AMT. The Triber recently also scored an impressive 4 Star safety rating in the Global NCAP crash test and it is expected to get a turbo petrol mill next year. What are your thoughts on the Renault Triber?
