Royal Enfield Himalayan 452: What To Expect?
In this spy shot you can clearly see a striking gold rim that evokes a classic 90s style, adding an attractive touch to the bike's appearance. The combination of black and gold on the body further enhances its appeal. The tires appear to be from the CEAT brand.
The new Himalayan retains the bottom-end power of the Himalayan 450, but it boasts a slightly sharper front mudguard. Notably, it features a robust and bulky tank design that adds to its distinctive look. It's worth mentioning that this isn't the first time the bike has been spotted in a different colour. It has been seen in white, red with grey, grey with blue, and white with grey variations.
Additionally, during testing, the new Himalayan model has been observed with two different types of wheels. One variant features cross-spoke wheels with tubeless tires, while the other has regular spoke wheels with tubed tires. This suggests that the brand is likely to offer both options to cater to different preferences. Cross-spoke wheels are also available as an accessory, allowing riders to customize their bike's appearance.
Anticipated to come in multiple colours, the Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 is expected to be priced at around 2.7 lakh rupees (ex-showroom).

The heart of the Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 will be its 452cc liquid-cooled engine, delivering 39.57 horsepower at 8,000rpm and an estimated torque of 40-45Nm. This powerplant will be paired with a six-speed gearbox. The bike's suspension setup will consist of USD front forks and a mono-shock, while braking will be handled by a single disc both in the front and rear. Interestingly, this new model may weigh around 196kg, which is lighter than the current Himalayan 411. Its competition will include the KTM 390 Adventure with spoke wheels and the upcoming Hero Xpulse 400.
