Skoda Kylaq Variants and Colour Options
The Skoda Kylaq will be available in five paint schemes which include Tornado Red, Olive Gold, Carbon Steel, Candy White, and Brilliant Silver. The compact SUV will be offered in four trims- Classic, Signature, Signature+ and Prestige.
Skoda Kylaq: Powertrain
The Skoda Kylaq sources its power from a 1.0 litre, three-cylinder, TSI turbo petrol engine that makes 114 bhp of power and 178 Nm of torque. The powerhouse comes mated to a six-speed manual or a torque converter transmission. The automaker has announced that they will start delivering the SUV in 2025.
Features
The Skoda Kylaq gets a similar seat of features as the Kushaq SUV. You get a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, an 8-inch digital driver display and automatic climate control. Other features include a cruise control, wireless phone charger and single-pane sunroof. Even with a smaller wheelbase, the Kylaq offers a decent boot space of 446 litres which is bigger than both of its rivals.
Safety Suite
The Kylaq offers a comprehensive safety suite that we expect from a Skoda car. Firstly, it comes based on the MQB-AO-IN platform and this is the same frame that underpins the Kushaq and Slavia as well. Talking about the safety features, it offers six airbags (standard), traction control, a multi-collision braking system, a rear parking sensor, a 360-degree camera and a tyre-pressure monitoring system.
