Tata Altorz: New Alterations In Its Variants And Price
Tata Motors has opted to discontinue the XE Plus Diesel, XT Petrol Dark Edition, and XTA Petrol Dark Edition variants within the Altroz lineup. Additionally, adjustments have been made to pricing: the XM Petrol and XM(S) models see a minor reduction of Rs. 100, while the XM+ Petrol and XM+ (S) experience a moderate increase of Rs. 10,000. Furthermore, the XT Petrol variant now reflects a price increment of Rs. 8,000.

Tata Altroz: Price, Powertrain And Rivals
The Tata Altroz's price ranges from Rs 6.60 to Rs 10.74 lakh (New Delhi ex-showroom). It offers a 1.2-litre NA petrol engine yielding 86.7 bhp power and 115 Nm peak torque. This engine partners with a 5-speed MT and a 6-speed DCT gearbox.
Alternatively, the model flaunts a 1.2-litre I-turbo engine churning out 108 bhp, coupled with a 5-speed manual transmission. Notably, a diesel 1.5-litre powertrain provides 89 bhp power, and a 1.2-litre petrol+CNG variant delivers 72 bhp power. Both options utilize a 5-speed manual transmission.
Competing fiercely, the Tata Altroz takes on rivals like the Hyundai i20, Maruti Suzuki Baleno, and Toyota Glanza.
