Hyundai India has recently launched the facelift of the Grand i10 hatchback. However, alongside its launch, the new model has already started reaching dealerships. One such video shows us how the new model looks in flesh. Read below the details of the changes that this new model has brought.

New Hyundai Grand i10 NIOS - Design & Features
As seen in the detailed walkaround video, the new i10 gets refreshing updates. In terms of design, the front end is now more aggressive. Hyundai has redesigned its front bumper with big air-intake inserts along with LED DRLs. Meanwhile, the front grille is also redesigned in lieu of Hyundai's current model design language. However, most of the silhouette of the new car remains the same.
With that said, despite the similar dimensions as that of the old model; it gets new alloy wheels. The new 5-spoke silver & black contrast alloy wheels look amazing. The side profile of it has now become even more sporty. Similarly, the rear-end design now gets a redesigned bumper and LED taillights. There is also a LED light bar on the boot lid similar to the one on the current Venue C-SUV.
In terms of features, Hyundai has refreshed the list with new additions. The new Grand i10 now gets some segment-first features like - Wireless Charging, Cruise Control, TPMS, USB type-C charging, etc. Additionally, Hyundai has fitted new safety features like 6 airbags to make the new model even safer. In terms of interior design, the new car remains mostly unchanged.
Engine & Specifications
With the launch of the new Grand i10; the turbo-petrol is no more on sale. However, the new model gets the same reliable 1.2-lt petrol engine. This naturally aspirated unit makes a peak power of 83 PS & 113 Nm of peak torque. Additionally, Hyundai is also offering 5-speed manual & 5-speed AMT transmission options. Moreover, a 1.2-lt petrol+CNG bi-fuel engine is also available. This engine makes a peak power of 69 PS and it is available with a 5-speed MT gearbox option.

The new Grand i10 facelift has made the hatchback from Hyundai even more latest. The new technical updates like the latest features and 6 airbags have made the car safer. All these updates will make the game tough for rivals like Maruti Swift & Tata Tiago.
