Hyundai Kona Rs 23.8 lakh to Rs 23.96 lakh (Ex-showroom)
With the Kona, Hyundai was the first carmaker to introduce an electric SUV in India. This EV's claimed range is 452 kilometres, and it can be charged from 0 to 80 percent in an hour using a DC fast charger, while an AC charger will take 19 hours. The Kona, which comes with a 39.2 kWh battery, has 136 hp and 395 Nm of torque, making for a lively and enjoyable driving experience. The interior of the Kona EV comes loaded with features and tech. The Kona is a direct competitor to the MG ZS EV, with prices ranging from Rs 23.8 to Rs 23.96 lakh ex-showroom.
Like the Nexon EV, the Hyundai Kona is also expected to receive a facelift in 2022 which will consist of minor exterior and interior changes.

BYD e6 Rs 29.15 lakh (Ex-showroom)
In 2021, BYD, a Chinese automaker has launched its e6 all-electric MPV in the country. The BYD e6 comes with a 71.7 kWh Blade Battery with a range of 520 kilometres. The battery has a power output of 95 horsepower and a peak torque of 180 Nm. The vehicle has the longest range of any electric vehicle now available in India. The battery of the All-New e6 supports both AC and DC fast charging, with a charge time of 35 minutes from 30% to 80%. Only B2B clients can purchase the e6 MPV, and the company has established a dealer network in eight locations across the country. If the initial response is positive, the organization will transition to a B2C sales strategy. The price of BYD e6 starts from Rs 29.15 lakh and goes up to Rs 29.60 Lakh for BYD Auto E6 Electric with Charger.
