Tata Motors has launched another dark edition vehicle and this time for its EV lineup. The Nexon EV Max Dark Edition is introduced by the company for Rs 19.04 lakh (ex-showroom). This edition has a Midnight Black paint and a blacked-out interior, much as every other Tata Dark Edition car. The brand has launched two variants of the EV Max Dark edition: the XZ+ Lux and the XZ+ Lux with a 7.2 kW AC fast charger. Dark Elements On The Exterior
The exterior of the new EV Max Dark edition is painted in Midnight Black colour. it boasts a shark fin antenna, roof rails, Charcoal Grey alloy wheels, Satin Black Humanity Line, projector headlights with tri-arrow DRLs, and tri-arrow trademark LED taillamps. It also has the distinctive #DARK mascot on the fender.

Dark Themed Interior
To complement the exterior appearance of the EV, the interior of the vehicle receives a Dark-themed interior pack. The interior uses a variety of elements to support the #DARK exterior theme, including a Dark-themed leatherette door trims with tri-arrow perforations, Dark-themed leatherette seat upholstery with tri-arrow perforations, Jewelled Control Knob, Glossy Piano Black dashboard with signature tri-arrow pattern, & EV blue highlight stitches, and Leatherette-wrapped steering wheel with EV blue stitches.

In addition to the newly added features, the EV has additional features such as an electronic parking brake with auto hold, front leatherette ventilated seats, an air purifier with AQI display, an electric sunroof, auto headlamps, a rain-sensing wiper, fully automatic temperature control, a wireless phone charger, cruise control, an auto-dimming inside rearview mirror, a cooled glove box, a smart key with push-button start/stop.
Powertrain, Pricing & Variants
The Nexon EV Max's 40.5 kWh battery pack enables the motor to produce 141 bhp and 250 Nm of peak torque. The Nexon EV Max can go 453 kilometres on a single charge. The Nexon EV Max Dark Edition comes in two models, the XZ+ Lux and the XZ+ Lux with a 7.2 kW AC fast charger, with ex-showroom prices of Rs. 19.04 lakh and Rs. 19.54 lakh, respectively.
