After almost a year of temporary halt, Toyota Innova Hycross ZX and the ZX(O) variants are now available again for bookings. Last year in April, the bookings of the above-mentioned variants were halted due to the massive demand and supply issue, taking the waiting periods to absurdly high levels. Toyota Innova Hycross ZX. ZX(O) Bookings Re-open
Ever since its launch, the Innova Hycross top-spec ZX and the ZX(O) variants have been in huge demand. Last year in April, Toyota had to pull the plug temporarily as the waiting period started to breach much beyond the 12-month mark. Countering those issues, the booking is again re-opened and you can book these trims on the official website at a token price of Rs. 50,000. However, the prices of the Hycross are now revised from April 1, 2024.
Toyota Innova Price Hiked From April 1, 2024
Toyota has implemented a price hike of approximately 1% across select trims of its portfolio and the Innova Hycross is affected as well. The Hycross Hybrid now starts at Rs. 25.97 lakhs to Rs. 30.98 lakhs. Meanwhile, the price hike of these variants is Rs. 30,000 which ultimately brings it to its current pricing. Moreover, the non-hybrid variants range between the same 19.77 lakhs to Rs. 19.22 lakhs ex-showroom.

New GX(O) Variant Coming Soon
In its non-hybrid guise, the Hycross is getting a new GX(O) variant that will offer a few add-ons. Improving upon the current GX variant, this new variant will offer features like LED fog lamps, rear defogger, 360-degree camera, front parking sensors, automatic climate control, a bigger 10.1 inch touchscreen, and more.
Verdict
The top-spec trims of the Hybrid Hycross were always the hot favourite amongst the buyers. While any brand would like the buyers frenzy, it started to move out of control at that point. Since waiting period ventures into a questionable territory, the only wise thing to do was done. However, if you wanted to buy one for yourself, we suggest you to hurry before something exactly like this happens again.
