Following an impressive pre-booking reception, this model is now priced at Rs 2.63 lakhs (ex-showroom price in Delhi). Triumph Scrambler 400X: What's In The Store!
The Triumph Scrambler 400X draws inspiration for its tough and durable design from the Scrambler 900 and 1200 models. It incorporates several signature design elements such as the distinctive sculpted fuel tank and the classic engine profile. These design choices highlight the Scrambler 400X's all-terrain spirit and practical features, including protective elements for the headlight, radiator, and sump. It also features handguards, a handlebar brace with a comfortable pad, a modern upswept silencer, dual-purpose tires, and a longer front mudguard.
This motorcycle is built to tackle challenging terrains, effortlessly handling broken roads and soft trails. Its sturdy frame, long-travel suspension, ample ground clearance, and substantial front wheel make it well-suited for such adventures. When it comes to dimensions, it boasts a handlebar width of 901 mm, a comfortable seat height of 835 mm, a wheelbase of 1418 mm, and an impressive ground clearance of 195 mm.
The Scrambler 400X offers a user-friendly dashboard with an analogue speedometer and digital tachometer, along with useful features like a gear indicator and fuel range display. It also includes a USB-C charging port for on-the-go device charging. Other standard features include wide adjustable handlebars, switchable traction control and ABS, a Ride-by-wire throttle, a steering lock, and an anti-theft immobilizer.

Triumph Scrambler 400X: Powertrain And Hardware
The Scrambler 400X boasts a 398cc liquid-cooled fuel-injected engine, delivering 39.5 bhp of power at 8,000 rpm and 37.5 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm. It features a stainless twin-skin header exhaust system and technical highlights like a four-valve, DOHC cylinder head, optimized crankshaft for low-speed rideability, and a responsive six-speed gearbox.
The Scrambler 400X is equipped with a suspension that offers a comfortable ride, with a generous 150 mm of travel at both the front and rear. It features a larger 19-inch front wheel, foot pegs designed for scrambler riding and can have their rubber inserts removed for customization, a sleek body design, and a comfortable scrambler-style riding position. The front tire size is 100/90 19, while the rear tire size is 140/80 R17.
For braking, it utilizes a substantial 320 mm fixed disc at the front with a four-piston radial calliper, ensuring powerful stopping performance. At the rear, there's a 230 mm fixed disc with a single-piston floating calliper by ByBreTM, providing reliable braking control.
