TVS Apache RTR 160 4V & RTR 160 Black Edition: What's New?
To refresh the Apache RTR 160 and the RTR 160 4V, TVS has added a black edition version. As the name suggests, both models wear a completely blacked-out contrast. The gloss black paint shade is matched with black engine components and black rims. The overall dark theme is very enticing to look at and it is anticipated to appeal to youngsters. Apart from that, both motorcycles are unchanged mechanically and feature-wise.
Speaking of the Apache series, the RTR 160 offers the iconic design of the old Apache bikes. Priced at Rs 1,20,420 (ex-showroom, Delhi), the blacked-out version of the RTR 160 offers a powerful 159.7cc air-cooled engine. In terms of features, it is equipped with LED lights, a semi-digital console, Bluetooth connectivity, and more.
The more updated version of the RTR 160 is the RTR 160 4V. It has a different and aggressive design with a different appeal overall. The black edition of the 4V is available at Rs 1,24, 870 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Similar to the RTR 160, it also gets a blacked-out body. In terms of features, it gets Bluetooth connectivity, three ride modes, GTT (glide through tech), etc. Also, its engine produces a peak power output of 17.31 bhp; making it the most powerful bike in its segment.
